The two stations are the
building, design, construction, supervision and inspection authorities
for the provincial transportation system and the projects of
other administrations and other provinces which are under transportation
construction in Zhejiang. The two stations are also responsible
for the quality supervision and costs management during the
construction period; competence management for the supervision,
costs, testing and inspection authorities and staffs in the
province and for the quality inspection staffs from the construction
companies; and the supervision of projects of other administrations
and other provinces and the dynamic management of the testing
and inspection authorities. |
